Wellbeing and community

Rest, holidays, community and support are part of research life. The framework explicitly encourages weekends and holidays, mutual support and seeking professional help where needed.

Your Independent Panel Chair, School leader and student representatives are part of the research support network. School/Doctoral College events can help you meet peers; students are encouraged to organise activities too.
