Central Operations Team: doctoralcollegeoffice@napier.ac.uk. The official student FAQ uses this for thesis submission; the framework also uses it for Board papers. The 2026/27 team name is Doctoral College Operations Team, although some sources still say Office.

- Visa questions: Visa and International Support via International Students.
